Waiting game vs waiting lounge

I'm playing the waiting game right now, luckily with a brilliant start to my morning drive. However despite smooth beginning, I already began to feel so overwhelmingly bored having to sit through the entire waiting process knowing that there's only a 50-50 chances of my paper being presented and yet I have to stick on to the end in order to witheld those chances.
I'm already into my second hour and I just noticed that this paricular waiting lounge has no clock on its wall. Was it part of the physco-strategy of the designer or the management of this block to reduce any nerve-wrecking angst among fellow participant of this presentation or we were supposed to be drifted into countless waiting hours not trackable by people if there are not looking at their own watch or fon? I think I'm drifting away from this space..

Wedding vs Lotus Roadshow in Putrajaya

Can you imagine - standing by roadside, under the steaming hot sun while cladd in your sequined-baju kurung (long flock dress), with heals and all those make up and your clutch bag, for the sake of trying to catch the glimpse of F1 car? Can you also imagine the male spectators whom clad in their batik-shirt rather that casual tees also standing by the roadside trying to catch the F1 machine? Can you imagine? THAT would only happen if you are happen to attend a wedding reception which happened to took place right in front of the Main Boulevard of Putrajaya while they are organising the Lotus F1 Roadshow.. that would be the reason!! Hehe...

F1 cars was fast, can't capture in on camera just managed to grab the bike show  ;)

Anyway, the wedding reception of our close-family friend went smooth, the bride and groom were dashingly cladd in their grand-turqoise wedding costumes... and the bonus part would be - the dishes was all so scrumptious!!

Gloom and grumpy...

Arrived in Putrajaya a little bit early for the meeting that would take place at 4.30pm and it was raining. Make a dash to my meeting place but how I wish I stay put in my car and wait for the rain to stop - it's already 530pm and I'm still waiting for the meeting to start.. darn!! my tummy is grumpy.. I only had my bfast at 11 this morning!! grrrr

Well planned Putrajaya?? or the planners are not well??

Parking nowadays, is not so much of a problem in Parcel E - Putrajaya, but still you have to walk a minimum of 500 meters away to get to your destination.. so I hope the traffic would be at its best, today..

Putrajaya during Ramadhan

Putrajaya is the new center of administration for Federal Administration. I have to admit that it has been beautifully design, however it's lacking of public accessibility. If you were to go to any of the Department/Ministry Offices located here, you have to be ready to walk a kilometer away from where you park-provided you get a spot to park your car. So, if you were in heels like I normally do (well, I have to look presentably good because, I usually here for a task), be prepared with a bottle of yoko-yoko in your car-you may need to apply it on your legs once your appointments/meetings are over..

But, having to go through all this when you are fasting - it's so torturous!! to add on to that, it's 5 in the evening where I've should already be at home, cooking up meals for iftar!! Well, a day of an architect's life!!
